Own shares

At the annual general meeting of Copenhagen Airports A/S on 21 April 2005 it was decided to reduce the Company’s share capital by 48,193,000 to DKK 784,807,000 million by cancellation of part of the Company’s holding of treasury shares.

Copenhagen Airports A/S has not purchased treasury shares since the Annual General Meeting held in April 2005. At the end of 2005, CPH held none of its own shares.
