On www.tax-free.dk you can pre-order your tax- and duty free purchases day and night. Just remember to place your order 24 hours before departure.
When you arrive at Copenhagen Airport, your purchases will be ready to pick up at the Customer Service counter in The Tax-Free Shop which you will find immediately after security check.
As a member of The Tax-Free Club and travelling intra EU, you can choose to pick up your order at arrival. If you choose to pick up at arrival your order will be packed and ready for you at The Arrival Shop in the bagage area.
