A product bought at one of Copenhagen Airport's shops can always be exchanged.

Dispatch

If you want to carry as little hand luggage as possible, the specialist shops will be happy to forward your purchases* anywhere in the world for you. You pay only the dispatch costs at the applicable rate.

The shops will also keep your purchases* so you can pick them up if your return journey is via Copenhagen Airport. This service is naturally free of charge.
