Free sms service
With Copenhagen Airport’s sms service, you will receive a text (sms) alert in the event of departure or arrival changes or delays.
The service is free of charge and available to Danish and Swedish mobile customers. Customers should merely type the telephone number without the country code.
As per our general business terms, Copenhagen Airports A/S does not accept any liability for messages that do not reach you. All information will be kept secret and will not be sold on to any third party. This service is a supplementary service and passengers are requested to stay updated via other channels also.
The airlines state that for compensation reasons, passengers should be at the airport at the original time, even though their flight is expected to depart later than expected. This applies unless your airline advises you to do otherwise.
