Service staff’s training
Falck is the disability service provider at Copenhagen Airport. Falck’s staff have been trained specifically to provide this kind of service. They have the following training background:
- Patient transport course
- Course in transporting persons with reduced mobility
- Course in English
- Airport traffic course
- Training received from the disabled persons’ organisations
- Course in use of technical aids
In addition, Falck’s staff have a broad range of vocational training backgrounds. Moreover, they have received in-house training at Falck, for instance:
- First-aid training, including in the use of heart-start equipment
- Basic fire fighting
Staff’s working experience:
- Practical experience from Falck’s ambulance services
- Practical experience in transporting persons with reduced mobility
- Practical experience from the health care sector
- Practical experience from other areas of the labour market
