Service staff’s training

Falck is the disability service provider at Copenhagen Airport. Falck’s staff have been trained specifically to provide this kind of service. They have the following training background:

  • Patient transport course
  • Course in transporting persons with reduced mobility
  • Course in English
  • Airport traffic course
  • Training received from the disabled persons’ organisations
  • Course in use of technical aids

In addition, Falck’s staff have a broad range of vocational training backgrounds. Moreover, they have received in-house training at Falck, for instance:

  • First-aid training, including in the use of heart-start equipment
  • Basic fire fighting

Staff’s working experience:

  • Practical experience from Falck’s ambulance services
  • Practical experience in transporting persons with reduced mobility
  • Practical experience from the health care sector
  • Practical experience from other areas of the labour market
