Guide to the airport for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility

Please note that it is not possible to book assistance in the airport via the form on our website at the moment. Instead please call Falck, the assistance company, directly on phone + 45 3231 4120.

• Book disability assistance through your airline when you book your ticket, at least 48 hours before departure. If you did not do that, you can pre-book the service here on Copenhagen Airport’s website.
  
  
• You can choose to go to the airport by bus, train or taxi.
  
  
• You can naturally also choose to drive to the airport by car. Disabled parking is available in the P4 multi-storey carpark.
  
  
• Go to a call point and press the button. You will be picked up by Falck at the call point. Falck will guide you through the airport, including through security if you wish.
  
  
• Moreover, you can get all the assistance you need at the Assistance Centre.
