Call points

When you arrive at the airport, you should go to the nearest call point. Here you must press the button, which will put you in contact with an assistant from Falck. Falck will tell you when you will be picked up. For the benefit of deaf persons, a green light will turn on next to the following message: “Your call has been registered. Disability assistance is on the way.” Click here to read more about waiting times.

If you are blind or visually impaired and travel to the airport by train, you may call or send a text to Falck; you will then be picked up at the station. The phone number is shown below. You will be asked to state your time of arrival and the platform number. Phone number: +45 5158 8706.

The map below shows the seven call points at the airport (red dots).
