We believe that happy and satisfied employees are good employees.

For this reason, Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH) has a large number of employee benefits related to life both during and after work.

Wellness

To increase job satisfaction among CPH employees, we have a wellness scheme under which all employees who need it may receive cross-disciplinary treatment from a chiropractor, physiotherapist, masseur and/or reflexologist. In addition, we offer the assistance of a psychologist on either a personal or anonymous basis.

Cafeteria

We have excellent cafeterias at which employees may purchase at reduced prices both hot and cold food that is both tasty and healthful.

Exercise rooms and yoga

We have two exercise rooms fully equipped with fitness machines and equipment. In addition, we offer a yoga class once a week.

Parties/events

Every year, we hold a Christmas party and department functions, and every other year invite everyone at CPH to a huge gala event.

Clubs

We have a great deal of club activity at CPH. We have sports clubs for people who wish to play badminton, table tennis, bowling, football, handball or tennis, and we have a club for runners as well. There are many other clubs as well, including a purchase club and an art club.

Christmas gift

Every year, each employee receives a Christmas gift.

Employee shares

Employee shares were issued in 1994, 1996 and 2000 in connection with a divestment by the Danish state of some of its shares. CPH issued employee shares again in 2005; more than 94 per cent of CPH employees today own shares in the company.

Insurance

All CPH employees are included in a group life insurance policy and a personal accident insurance policy.

Home office when necessary and if the job allows

If it is necessary for an employee to work at home, and if his/her job allows it, then a home office may be set up for him/her.

Paid days off

All employees at CPH have paid days off in addition to their ordinary vacation time.
