Training and Education

One of the objectives of our HR vision is to attract, retain and develop ambitious and responsible employees.

To achieve this goal, all CPH employees must at all times have the educational background necessary to enable them to perform their current and new work assignments at the airport.

To ensure that they possess such qualifications, CPH does the following:

  • Develops needs-adjusted educational and training programmes for labour and management.
  • Provides for management a broad training programme based on CPH's management philosophy and follows up on it through 360-degree surveys, the CPH Barometer and annual performance interviews.
  • Allows employees influence on their day-to-day work and provides opportunities for personal development through the mandatory annual performance interview, among other things.

It is the responsibility of each manager to ensure that the level of training of his/her subordinates is kept up to date with the development of the department, and thus also to identify the needs of the department with respect to training so that this training may contribute to achieving the objectives of the company.
