CPH as a major cargo hub

The vision for the East area is to create a new area for the cargo industry. CPH have the possibility to create more than 200,000 m2 of covered floor space for logistic-, service and office purpose – all to companies of which conduct aviation activities or services affiliated with this. The undeveloped area is placed as a natural extension of the existing cargo area, which provides fast access to the handlers operating in the airport, as well as unobstructed access for trucks.

The airport has an excellent placement with a unique infrastructure. Direct access to Sweden via the Oresund Bridge and directly connected to highway E20 and the European Railway system. Besides bike riding, employees can choose to use Metro, bus or train on their way to CPH.

CPH are developing a project called “CPH Cargo City” – a multi-tenant building for logistic- and office purpose. The idea is simple; to gather a variety of companies in the same line of business in one building, benefitting of common joint facilities, focusing on their core business.

CPH Cargo City is a joint logistic- and office building on approximately 3,600 m2. The building can be divided into smaller units all according to demand. Warehouse units from approximately 120 m2 and office units from approximately 20 m2.
