If a company needs a CPH ID card, the company must initially apply to be set up in CPH’s company database.

The CPH ID Card Office reviews company applications and issues CPH ID cards.
A company already set up at Copenhagen Airport:
Remember to inform the ID Card Office each time there are changes in customer relationships, access requirements and the like.
Please use the following forms in connection with changes:
ID card applications:
The application forms are available as pdf-documents and can be filled in directly on the screen. It is a regulatory requirement that the signatures on the ID card application must be original. The ID card application must therefore either be handed in at the ID Card Office or sent by ordinary post and not as scanned originals by e-mail or fax.
Remember to apply for any tools permits and vehicle permits together with applications for CPH ID cards (see below).
