Norwegian expands route network from Copenhagen Airport
When Norwegian-based low-cost airline Norwegian opened its new service from Warsaw to Malaga on Thursday, 13 July 2006, they also released news of another new route.
Beginning on 29 October 2006, Norwegian expands its route network out of Copenhagen Airport to include a new Warsaw-Copenhagen-Warsaw service with four weekly frequencies, namely on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
“The interest in the Polish market has been fantastic – and the new route from Warsaw to Copenhagen will strengthen Norwegian’s route network between Poland and Scandinavia,,” said Björn Kjos, CEO of Norwegian.
Norwegian already operates several daily frequencies on their Oslo Copenhagen route using B737-300 aircraft.
