Four new Maersk routes in 2006

Boeing 737      Next summer, Maersk Air will open four new direct routes from Copenhagen Airport to Thessaloniki, Naples, Florence and Bastia on the island of Corsica. This means that from the summer of 2006, Maersk Air will have 27 all-year routes, and nine direct summer routes from Copenhagen Airport.


In addition to the four new routes, two additional weekly frequencies will be added to the Copenhagen-Catania service next summer, and a morning flight will be added on the Madrid service, whilst an additional evening flight will be added to the Manchester service on weekdays.

The aircraft to be used on the services are Boeing 737-500/700s seating 118 and 140 passengers, respectively.
