CPH continues to drive down cost but are still offering Europe’s second highest quality standard
CPH has worked intensely with the handlers of the airport to drive down the waiting time on arriving baggage and now we see the results of this cooperation.
The latest passenger data report shows that the passenger satisfaction with arriving baggage has increased from 69% in October 2009 to 85% in October 2010. And the positive cooperation continues to increase passenger satisfaction even further.
Furthermore the correlation between the charges paid at the airport and the quality supplied keeps increasing at CPH. Not only is Copenhagen among the most cost efficient in Europe but the airport supplies one of the highest quality standards at the same time.
