In April, the total number of passengers in Copenhagen Airport increased by 11.8%

In April, the total number of passengers in Copenhagen Airport increased by 11.8% compared with the same month in 2003. In April 2003 the traffic was negatively affected by the war in Iraq and the lung disease SARS.

International passengers

The number of scheduled international passengers increased by 13.7%, while the number of international charter passengers increased by 0.2%. Consequently, the total number of international passengers increased by 13.0%.

Domestic passengers

The total number of domestic passengers has been unchanged compared to April 2003.

Movements and maximum take-off weight

In April 2004, the total number of take-offs and landings increased by 4.8%, while the tonnage increased by 6.7% compared with the same period 2003.
