We seek to maintain our reputation as a quality airport. We want to improve satisfaction through a focused service delivery satisfying the main needs of our passengers.

30 million passengers in 2015

We must increase the traffic growth rate in order to retain our European market share. This will require us to grow traffic at rates exceeding the current growth rates, i.e. between 3 and 5% p.a.

Total operating costs for airlines: best in class 2012

We strive to make CPH a profitable airport for the airlines. Hence, we seek to improve the value offered to airlines. And lower the total costs incurred by our customers at CPH through collaboration and customer focused processes.
