Thomas Woldbye
CEO - born 1964
Thomas Woldbye joined CPH in May 2011 as CEO. Before that Thomas Woldbye worked with the A.P. Møller-Mærsk group for 27 years, joining as a management trainee. Of that period he spent about 20 years outside Denmark. After finishing his traineeship in 1985 and until 2004, he held a number of junior management positions and later senior management positions in the corporate APMM HQ in Copenhagen, as well as in Indonesia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Europe. Apart from two years as P.A. to the chairman and C.E.O., he was primarily involved in the management of A.P. Møller’s worldwide container line operation; Maersk Line.
For the past ten years and until 2011 Thomas has been living and working in The Netherlands. Initially as Group Senior Vice President in A.P. Moller – Maersk and later, in 2004, he was appointed Group CEO of the Norfolkline Group (part of A.P. Moller – Maersk) with head office in Den Haag.
Thomas Woldbye has supplemented his in-company training with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Copenhagen Business School and later management training at London Business School as well as IMD, Switzerland.
Thomas Woldbye is Chairman of the Supervisory Board Copenhagen Airports International A/S and Copenhagen Airports’ Hotel and Real Estate Company A/S.

Per Madsen
Chief Financial Officer – born 1968
Per Madsen holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Auditing. He was employed with Arthur Andersen from 1987 to 1995, initially as a Senior Auditor and from 1992 as a Management Consultant. During the period from 1996 to 2007, Per Madsen worked for The Coca-Cola Company, most recenly as CFO for the Nordic Region. From 1996 to 1998, he was Finance Manager of Coca-Cola Danmark and from 1998 to1999 he was Finance Manager of the Nordic Region. He was Division Finance Director Nordic & Baltic Division from 2000 to 2003 and Business Development Director & CFO Nordic Region, Germany & Nordic Division from 2004 to 2007. In 2007 he became CFO of the Nordic Business Unit. Per Madsen is member of the Supervisory Board of Copenhagen Airports International A/S,
Copenhagen Airports’ Hotel and Real Estate Company A/S and Lufthavnsparkeringen København A/S (Airport Parking), . Per Madsen joined Copenhagen Airports A/S on 1 February 2008.
